The State of Things

It has been over a year since Punchpass ran Google Ads. Ads were paused, in part, due to incomplete tracking and conversion signals. Now that tracking has been remedied, Punchpass is looking to relaunch ads to grow the business but isn't sure what's worth turning back on or what changes need to be made.

Project Goal

Develop a plan to relaunch Google Ads optimized for customer growth.

Audit the Google Ads account for:
- Conversion integration & tracking accuracy
- Campaign mix & setup
- Utilization of new campaign types & features
- Keyword utilization & competitive benchmarks
Based on the findings of the audit, develop a set of recommendations and a proposed campaign structure for new customer generation.
